Public Storage operates on a project bid basis. We review submitted bids and typically select the best combination of price and value. GA Jorgensen wasour primary vendor for 2008, consistently providing us with competitive prices. Our primary services were the removal and replacement of broken asphalt, with projects ranging from a few hundred square feet to several thousand. We also had projects with curb replacement, catch basin installation and repairs, seal coating, striping and re-direction of the flow of water. The office staff and the crews were helpful, courteous and professional. Our business requires tight coordination with many individual property managers who must notify our customers that their vehicles must be moved and that they may temporarily loose access to their storage unit. In spite of inclement whether that made the schedule extremely fluid, the coordination provided minimal disruption to business operations. With over 15 separate projects, the results have been both timely and professional. Our projects were spread out from Smokey point to Olympia. GA Jorgensen was able to meet our paving needs over this very wide area with a diverse combination of projects, and a large variety of personality types who managed the various properties.
